Japanese participants were welcomed too. Two classes were held on the same day, both presented by japanese tea instructor Kazuhisa Tokunaga, our director. Participants first learned about Ureshino-cha and then enjoyed preparing two kinds of Ureshino-cha , steamed tamaryokucha and kamairicha.
