In collaboration with Carrie from TBZM (Tea Bone Zen Mind), who visited us on several occasions, me and three other tea producers from Ureshino participated in an event at the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. Preparation of the gorgeous gourmet dinner started several months ago, with a famous chef providing ideas and Carrie perfectly matching each dish with Ureshino tea in different forms. We are thankful for this opportunity to present Ureshino tea to wider population abroad and are looking forward to future projects!
