How to enjoy Ureshino-cha class event was held at Saga International Plaza on Saturday, 28th January for foreigners living in Saga. Japanese participants were welcomed too. Two classes were held on the same day, both presented by japanese tea instructor Kazuhisa Tokunaga, our director. Participants first learned about Ureshino-cha and then enjoyed preparing two kinds of Ureshino-cha , steamed tamaryokucha and kamairicha. Some were fascinated by the harmony of taste of steamed tamaryokucha, others prefered the clear nutty flavour of the pan-fired kamairicha.
